How can one increase his faith to be the size of a mustard seed? (see also Luke 17:5-19)
Through steady communication with God. ''Praying, talking, and listening''. It takes dedication and time. But like a mustard seed that starts off so small, it eventually grows and spreads to overtake your garden.

Jesus clearly states that it is by faith that we can move mountains and faith is nurtured by prayer. I should be praying on a minute basis to keep my faith strong to move mountains.

a person increases the faith by praying , worshiping and serving God, talk to him oftenly and surrender ourselfs with all our mights, with all our hearts and all our souls, nothing is impossible in him and he will grant us a holy spirit. This is the way how to feed our faith, even the faith is little as mustard seed it will grows like a biggest tree, if we trust him, talk to him personally, begging for mercy and ask for a grace, that he is a devine God, and if we haved the strong faith the holy spirit is upon us and he will lead us with great determinations to our goals.

One way through faith we must have love for Christ and by praying we can have faith. Only as we believed that it will be done according to the wil of God.

I opened my heart to God and repented my sins. I made a commitment right then to study and obey His Word and He has blessed me with increased faith. I study every day and I try to live the way He wants me to and to be an example of His Love.

The Healing of a Boy With a Demon

When they came to the multitude, a man came to him, kneeling down to him, saying, "Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is epileptic, and suffers grievously; for he often falls into the fire, and often into the water. So I brought him to your disciples, and they could not cure him."
Jesus answered, "Faithless and perverse generation! How long will I be with you? How long will I bear with you? Bring him here to me." Jesus rebuked him, the demon went out of him, and the boy was cured from that hour.
Then the disciples came to Jesus privately, and said, "Why weren't we able to cast it out?"
He said to them, "Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. But this kind doesn't go out except by prayer and fasting."
While they were staying in Galilee, Jesus said to them, "The Son of Man is about to be delivered up into the hands of men, and they will kill him, and the third day he will be raised up."
They were exceedingly sorry.
