In what ways are those who do not know Jesus like lost sheep?
Lost souls are like lost sheep, wandering, not prepared to defend themselves in the world, may not know dangers ahead, are worried without comfort, do not know the greatest love ever. Lost souls are without purpose. A lost sheep will search aimlessly. A lost sheep is not like a lost dog because a lost dog may find its way home.

In what ways are those who do not know Jesus like lost sheep?
A person that is lost and does not Christ in the pardon of his or her sins is truly lost, but it is up to those who are in Christ to go out and find the lost sheep.

In what ways are those who do not know Jesus like lost sheep?
They are lost b/c they do not know the promise and the love that Jesus and God can give. They are lost to the knowledge and the are lost to the future and the gift that Jesus gave us when he died on the cross and they will never recieve that gift if they do not turn to him.

The Parable of the Lost Sheep

See that you don't despise one of these little ones, for I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven. For the Son of Man came to save that which was lost.
"What do you think? If a man has one hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, doesn't he leave the ninety-nine, go to the mountains, and seek that which has gone astray? If he finds it, most certainly I tell you, he rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine which have not gone astray. Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.
