Why did Jesus choose to make His entry to Jerusalem in a humble manner, riding a donkey?
Jesus himself and the name is a symbol of Humility and the humble God we adore. The God that comes to us in person to live with us as man and does all what we do. Jesus wanted to set an example which all christians in this world should follow by making ourselves simple and accessible to all the poor and the rich.

Why did Jesus choose to make His entry to Jerusalem in a humble manner, riding a donkey?
This was to fulfil the prophecies made earlier in the Old Testaments, and in keeping with Jesus` style of humility. He was born in a manger, in a middle class family, and grew up as a carpenter`s son.He shows us that the kingdom of God is not only for the rich and mighty, but for the lowly and humble. The kingdom is not to be bought with money but with our very lives on earth.

Why did Jesus choose to make His entry to Jerusalem in a humble manner, riding a donkey?
OK, well from my point of view i believe He was teaching us to be humble in everything that we do, and all the praises and blessings shall dawn on us, just as the people sang and shouted in His entry to Jerusalem. He was portraying that leaders should humble themselves to the people under them, that is, act like servants of the people. thank you!

The Triumphal Entry

When they drew near to Jerusalem, and came to Bethsphage, to the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples, saying to them, "Go into the village that is opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Untie them, and bring them to me. If anyone says anything to you, you shall say, 'The Lord needs them,' and immediately he will send them."
All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophet, saying,
"Tell the daughter of Zion,
behold, your King comes to you,
humble, and riding on a donkey,
on a colt, the foal of a donkey."
The disciples went, and did just as Jesus commanded them, and brought the donkey and the colt, and laid their clothes on them; and he sat on them. A very great multitude spread their clothes on the road. Others cut branches from the trees, and spread them on the road. The multitudes who went before him, and who followed kept shouting, "Hosanna to the son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!"
When he had come into Jerusalem, all the city was stirred up, saying, "Who is this?" The multitudes said, "This is the prophet, Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee."
