100 entries for this category: In worship to God, Jesus was always in touch with his Father who had sent Him for a specific purpose. Jesus knew what his mission on earth was and how it would be accomplished. He said he did only what he had been sent to do, which was not his but the will of Him who had sent him. He also fulfilled all the prophesy about him. He only walked in the path prepared for him, requiring courage, commitment, determination, perserverance. Like Jesus, our Lord and Savior, each and everyone of us has been put in this world for a specific purpose. Fulfilment of such a purpose can not be found without God in the name of Jesus. We need Jesus to show us the way to the Father and do His will. He is the way, the true, and the life. In my understanding, Love forms the pinacle of the Gospel teaching. God is love. He who does not love, has not seen God. Love dwells in the heart, and the heart must be guarded. The Spirit gifts of love are to be reflected in our treatment to one another. Loving one another can not hurt, and encapsulates all the remaining eight laws. Righteousness is reflection of love (of God and other fellowmen)in what we do or say. He who loves has fulfilled the Law. "Was Jesus trying to incite his death (eg. temple cleansing, accusation of leaders?)

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss? I would first praise Him, because He is praiseworthy, for being my Lord and Savior, who suffered and died for me in order to be reconciled with God, my Creator. Secondly I would thank Him for His grace and mercy to forgive, accept and take me as His child, brother, friend, etc. and as part of his body, irrespective of sins I have committed in my life Journey. Thirdly, I would ask Him to make me obedient and keep His commandments faithfully against all desires of my flesh until I leave this world. Fourthly, I would ask Him to give me knowledge, wisdom, strength and courage to be of best service I can possibly be to other people in my life. Lastly, I would ask him to turn the minds and hearts of all the people of the world who do not know Him and have no experience of putting God, through Him, before everything in their lives. Basically, I would be praising, thanking and asking wholeheartedly and rightly from The Way, The Truth and The Life.
