Just loving Him and worshiping Him! Why do you think Peter was so emphatic and yet so wrong about denying Jesus? when you concentrate all your resources into emotions, you have nothing left for efficient acts. That is why very enthusiastic people are not very practical, but here this was only a phase that Peter was going trough, he got much more mature after that, after the Holly Spirit enlighten him.
