I just listened to a sermon recently about how Jesus visited the Psalms often for His prayer life. In fact, the commonly quoted "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me" is actually from Psalm 22. Psalms was a prayer book of Jesus. David also penned several psalms for all areas of his life. May we look at the beauty of the Psalms for those areas of our life that cause us to cry out to God and/or praise Him for who He is and all that He has done for us! Amen!
