Why does Jesus keep telling the disciples that He is about to die?

Why didn`t the disciples want little children to come to Jesus? Why did Jesus allow the little children to come?
The disciples thought that the children were a waste of Jesus time and energy, after all, how could such little, unlearned minds grasp the teachings of the Lord. Jesus, on the other hand, knew it was just these types of open minded, trusting ones who could receive His message and teaching.

Why is it so important to God that we forgive others when they sin against us?
God wants us to be as much like Him as possible, after all we were originally created in His image. Many of us pray every day, that the Lord 'forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors'. Note the 'as we': here we are in effect pledging to God that we will forgive those who are indebted to us, and if we don't, we won't expect to be forgiven.

Why is it helpful to confront a brother alone first, before involving others in confronting him?
If matters can be settled between just the two parties, it is much better than involving others, because then our matters will not become the subject of tale-bearers or the ammunition of back-biters. Keeping things between the persons directly involved eliminates temptation of others to sin.

In what ways are those who do not know Jesus like lost sheep?
