Why did Jesus? penalty for sin need to include physical and emotional pain - why not just spiritual separation from God?
He is the lamb of sacrifice, How do you sacrifice a lamb" Jesus paid for us a great price in order to save us. He was crushed for our sins in every dimension of his life. When He commands to love God He says that we must love God with all our mind, heart, soul. So He loved us to the end with all his life, with all his body as the lamb of sacrifice

Was Jesus trying to incite his death (eg. temple cleansing, accusation of leaders?)
Our dear Lord was always truthful, there was no lies in Him. He told people tha truth but they refused the truth, they do not liked the truth and they inside their hearts planned to murder Him. He prayed our God to pass away this bitter cup, He did not enjoy being murdered. He did not aim to be a hero for humankind. He loved us to the extreme, and He was truth since He was born truthful and continued to be truthful even to his death. Just happens that we do not like truth, for we are sinner and our ancestors solved to murder Him. But as His love prevails over death, Our God using His son`s death liberated us from sin and gave us abundant life, eternal life. Thank you our dear and always forgiving Lord.

Which of these purposes do you believe Jesus accomplished?
I truly believe He fully accomplished these five missions. And I am sure He also accomplished other missions we at this time do not realize. Thanks our dear Lord.

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?
If such a marvellous blessing would be true and I could have a meal with Jesus, then I will discuss nothing, I just will listen, and adore him, lying on the floor because I am a sinner and very much blessed to have dinner with Him

How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him? a New commandment?
If you really love someone and know this person very well, surely you will live in such a way that is pleasing to that special person. Jesus asked the same, If someone says he ''she'' loves Jesus, then he ''she'' must live in such a way that is pleasing to Him.
