Jesus allowed judas to betray him despite knowing in order to fulfill the will of God.Remember he prayed to the Father that the big temptation would not have happened to him but he said it loud and clear that it should and must happen as the almighty God wants.so the will of God was fulfilled.again John the baptist prophesied about jesus that he will come,save people and he is son of the most high God and will be rejected by people rulers of the world,so the prophecy was fulfilled

jESUS MY SAVIOUR

Jesus Christ is our saviour.He is the way to our Heavenly Father in Heaven.whoever says with his mouth that jesus is our Lord and saviour will be saved.He died for our sins,resurected from the dead and went to the heavenly Father.whoever believes in Him and does His will will enter the kingdom of God.whoever loses his life because of Jesus christ,will get his life back and will enjoy the treaures of the kingdom of God.Jesus is merciful and kind.He ate with sinners,and showed mercy to the prostitutes,he prayed for every body and died on the cross for all people.what i know and confesses with my mouth is that Jesus is Lord and true son of the Almighty Father in HEAVEN.

Why did Jesus´ penalty for "sin" need to include physical and emotional pain - why not just spiritual separation from God?

I think this is becouse he carried our sins as his own and made i sacrifice for us to be part of God's kingdom.
