The common people are praising Jesus, expecting him to become Israel`s next king. Jesus knew they would turn against him a few days later when he disappointed their expectation. Do you have expections of Jesus which he did not promise?

Yes, I have expectations of Jesus which He did not promise. When I pray, I ask for many things. I ask for the conversion of souls, healing of the sick, salvation of the dying and healing of my own bodily diseases, healing of my soul & souls of all those whom I have seen. I will ask and ask until I receive answers and then I do believe He promised us all of these wonderful things. So, there is no other expectations that I await of Him.

What did the blind man acknowledge about Jesus by calling him the "Son of David."? Note: David was a great king of Israel. The "Messiah" was predicted to be a direct descendent of David, as Jesus was.

The blind man acknowledged that Jesus was the promised Messiah to come.

Jesus defines a great person as one who serves others. What did Jesus mean when he said he "did not come to be served, but to serve and give his life as a ransom for many."?

Jesus meant by His words that He did not come to be Honored as a King but to serve as the lowly. For the humble and lowly will surely enter the Kingdom of God. If we are servants of all, we shall be first in Jesus' Kingdom.
