He came to reinforce what God the father has spoken in the old testament, not really change it, but to make others to accomplish it, to help them understand the law better to make it easy for them the fulfillment of the commandments.Jesus also fullfilled what was prophesied about himself as a redeemer that was going to be born and save us from our sins. How does Jesus fulfill the law and the prophets?

In what ways are Jesus` followers salt and light to the world? Jesus' followers in order to be salt and light to the world must live a rightous life, must have love towards others, having permanent attitudes of service, kindness, generosity, forgiveness, patience, humbleness, being peacemakers, preaching the word of God, which implies to give a good testimony. They are salt because they are useful to others in all aspects, having a purpose of life, having valuable and eternal principles to transmitt and share with them, by this they are able to change the world in which they are inmmersed. They are light to the world that lives in darkness, in sin, their lifes produces good fruits that others see clearly, that enlighten them not with a lamp but with their pattern of life. People that sees them henceforth can compare good and evil lifes and take the good option to follow God and give him glory too and be part of those renewed generation that have a great impact into the world.

Why can we be glad when we are weak and suffering difficult circumstances? We can be glad when we are weak and suffering difficult circumstances if we bare them with patience, humbleness, submission to the will of God, because we trust on God and on his promises to comfort us in tribulation and we are confident on the reward that awaits us in heaven, it is a kind of a holy hope that nousishes and activate our gladness even in suffering. Gladness comes as a grace from God when we overcome them with a holy attitude, the same as Jesus did in his holy passion.
