How come the unbelief of His countrymen prevented Jesus from performing many mighty works among them? Because Jesus grew up with these people, they did not believe He is who He is and therefore had no faith. Blessings.

How come the unbelief of His countrymen prevented Jesus from performing many mighty works among them? The countrymen knew Jesus' family and that he came from humble/simple people. They did not believe he had been sent by God and therefore were not believers and had no faith in Jesus.
