Why did Jesus first forgive the paralytic`s sins, and only later heal him? What lesson was he trying to communicate? If we are aking God to perform miracles for us, we must first ask for his forgivness and give our souls to him. We can then have the right to ask for favors from God. Jesus was telling them that God will give the powers to his followers and he will take care of them, speak to Him, have faith in Him, even though He cannot be seen.

Why did the people ask Jesus to leave, even after He delivered the two demon-possessed men? The fear that Jesus would lead all of them to their death. They did not know that man can be saved while still living.
