How should they have responsed to the storm? i don't think that the disciples knew who Jesus really was at this time,but Jesus was showing them who he is and teaching them that belief in him (strong faith) can quiet even a storm.

Why did Jesus seem to discourage the Scribe and the disciple from following Him? Didn`t He want these two to join Him? not so! one was willing to go anywhere, so Jesus wanted him to know the cost of following him.The other was reluctant to follow so Jesus told him that God's call on your life takes priority over anything earthly including ones family.

Jesus, rebuked the disciples for being fearful. How should they have responsed to the storm? With so little faith, fear had conquered them, so they did what was possible to them, awoke Jesus.
