Why do you think Jesus chose, after he rose, to show Himself first to Mary Magdalene? I believe Jesus chose to show Himself first to Mary Magdalene as she was His earthly Mother, the one who carried Him in her womb until Birth and the only one who stood outside the tomb after His death.
