We were put here on this Earth to fulfill a purpose, A purpose given to us by God. Some of us have ideas of what our purpose may be, some hasnt got a clue and some have found their purpose. We cant stop the plans God has for us. Before we even emerge out of our Mothers womb, our future is their set out already, its just a matter of time for us to live it. God's plans are for his Children, and what has to be, has to be. We cant stop it, no matter how much we try, cause its there already. Jesus' life was already laid out, and their was nothing he could do about it. Thank you Lord for your sacrifice, im alive today. Why do we choose to be Depressed? Depression is not a personal weakness or a condition that can be willed or wished away. According to the DSM-IV, major depressive disorder (or "depression") is diagnosed when five or more of the following symptoms of depression are present for most of the day, nearly every day for at least 2 weeks. At least one of the symptoms must be either persistent sad or "empty" feelings or loss of interest in activities. Constant sadness Irritability Hopelessness Trouble sleeping Low energy or fatigue Feeling worthless or guilty for no reason Significant weight change Difficulty concentrating Loss of interest in favorite activities. There's always someone with a more difficult situation than you, and sometimes talking is all they can do. So the next time you feel a headache coming on, or stress filling you uo inside, talk. Find someone you can trust, look in the mirror or just look up to God and talk. Dont wait for it to take a toll on your life. Let God take your life not Depression.

Define strenght. Strenght. Is love, is appreciation, is never ending, is belief, is holding on, is moving on. Strenght is you, is me, is God, its the deaf man that visits the doctor everyday without cash in search of help. Is the girl being abused every night, and is still there in the morning. Is Me, is you. Strenght is being able to cope with any situation, and still be there at the end of it. Strenght is you scolding me with the most nastiest words each day, and i still feed you at night. Strenght is the mother who tries to take away her childs pain, by crying to. Strenght is you and me. Strenght is the unmeasureable times you turned me down, but i keep on asking. Strenght is the many times i gave you and remained without. Strenght was given to us by God. And we should use it wisely, in every wise situation. Strenght is you and me put together.
