Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?
Yes, Jesus believe lowly poeple are valuable.  Since, he came to earth to save all man kind, He showed us how valuable the lowly people are, by visiting tax collector's house, eating among sinner, being friendly with poor and out cast people loveing and blessing the children.  Jesus finds from them, the thurst for divine wisdom, knowledge and love.

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?
Yes,Jesus, according to the lesson was a very compassionate soul.He valued all people but said that we all should show more compassion towards the needy to recieve the GOD (acc.to Mathew 19:13-14 & Mark 9:35-37) also since he is an almighty he is preaching all sinners (us) to value each soul and not to differentiate just by their castes or the way they live(John 4:7).He is very generous observant and teaching us the value of giving nature not to expect anything in return like the poor widow and by inviting poors and the needy(even rich who are in need at any point of time). We should value each soul but should try not to give value to the SIN.
