HE WAS VERY SIMPLE AND HAD SUPERNATURAL POWERS.THOU HE KNEW FOR WHAT HE HAD COME TO EARTH,HE DIDNT COMPEL ANYONE. Jesus was commited to sacrifice his own life. What did he mean by the statement, "For who ever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel will save it"? By this Jesus means: The life in this world is only a temporary one and the life that Jesus promises is everlasting and eternal. Therefore we should not be attached to worldly life for no matter how much we gain we will only lose it. Therefore we should lead a good and honest life and Jesus promises us that he is there for us till the end of time

God & Jesus. Jesus has spoken many times that it is not his will, but it is the will of his Father.even crucified on the cross he called out "Father why have you foresaken me" Jesus has never claimed he is God,He also said father im your servant.again he says father i commend my spirit to you.i do not under stand why still people are minterpreting Jesus,he is my Saviour lord & son of the only Living Amighty GOD

What did you learn about Jesus` background that stands out or surprises you?
Jesus studied at the synagogue – in one instance when Jesus was 12 years old as recorded in Jesus’ biography by Luke, the author says “They (Jesus’ parents) found him (Jesus) in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers.”
