How did this woman`s broken past lead to her advantage? This woman was a sinner. She surrendered herself before Jesus and accepted that she is a sinner. Jesus forgiven all her sin. What does Jesus try to teach his disciples by going with them through the storm? Jesus tried to test the faith of disciples in Him. When the wind storm came down on the lake, the disciples afraid and called for help. Jesus was there in the boat, eventhough they were afraid. They had no enough faith in Jesus. After this incident, their faith were increased in Jesus.
