The Birth of John the Baptist The birth of John the Baptist was a miracle. God sent John as the announcer for Jesus. Mary`s neighbors and her relatives heard that the Lord had magnified his mercy towards her, and they rejoiced with her. It was a moment of joy for everyone gather there.
