The HOLY SPIRIT revealed to him that he should not see death before he had seen The LORD'S CHRIST. Simeon was opened under the HOLY SPIRIT'S influence for GOD to impart special insight to him. Why is this old man Simeon so excited to meet this baby Jesus?

What was Mary feeling right before Jesus´ birth? Note: She is described here as an unwed pregnant woman, who was forced to travel away from her family, only to deliver her baby in a barn? Mary was feeling great, although she kept pondering about some details in her heart as HE went down with them to Nazareth. I think that Mary was thinking about some details about JESUS birth as HIS birth creates praises among the angels.

Define "Salvation" ? Note how Zachariah (the father of John the Baptist) praises God for fulfilling an old promise (oath/covenant) that "we...should serve him (God) without fear, In holiness and righteousness before him all the days of our life." To define Salvation, we have to go through the Bible inorder to define what salvation is. However, Luke 1: 69 stated; and hath raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David. Horn of salvation would mean "A MIGHTY DELIVERER" Horn is an old Testament symbol for power. see 2nd Samuel 22:3 which says, The GOD of my rock, in HIM will I trust.: He is my shield , and The Horn of my Salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my savior; thou savest me from violence, which JESUS did when HE was crucified on the cross were HE defeated satan, and "SAVED" us from our sins.
