Why didn`t Jesus spend more time healing people?

There are other cities that need to meet the son of God. But he does not leave the others unsheparded: there would be no work to do for the disciples if he healed everyone...

Downcast but faithfully obeys. On Jesus word. Have faith. Reports objectively...all night the nets were in the water and no catch. Admits his their weakness. At the weakest the strongest. They need to try harder, pray deeply let the net sink deep inside, and the answer shall come. You find heaven deep inside your heart. Jesus is there. We need to open the eyes of our souls fully. He realsied that and he emptied it and Jesus refilled it. :) From now on you will be catching people alive."
When they had brought their boats to land, they left everything, and followed him. And teh they are told who tehir catches will be: souls.

Why is it significant that when Mary arrived with Jesus in her womb, the unborn John the Baptist leaped in the womb of his mother Elizabeth?

They were spiritual twins grwoing in separate wombs but already joined by a common mission. John recognises Jesus and Elisabeth feeling that movement receives the messaeg that Mary too is the 'carrier' of someone special. The two mothers then bringing up together the special offsprings.
