Based on Jesus` story, how does God the Father feel when a lost child returns home?

Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight. I am no more worthy to be called your son. Make me as one of your hired servants.` The son aknowledges his sins first in front of the overall Authority God and then his father that descends from that and expresses deep sorrow for his mistakes and humbles himself ''differently from the rightful son who in the meantime has become prideful'' and despite realising all his Hunger is prepared to take only the crumbs.He even renounces to his right of sonhood - God said you are my children the inheritors to my Kindom. So the father rejoices in him and whilst the son is approaching slowly the overjoyed father runs to him and falls on the ground himself in gratitude for the great gift. The son returned. He cannot even wait to listen to his humble request - evidently they must shine clearly from his gait and general demenour. Striking also the fact that he gets angry with the other son whose first concern is for his share of the inheritance - immediately reassures him as well as rebuking him for his jelousy. What`s 1 fattened calf compared to the return of his lost brother?

What does Jesus say causes joy in heaven?

The presence in heaven of the `good` ones albeit a cause of joy is no surprise. So the sense of overwhelming joy ''picture Saint Peter`s surpised and joyful look - the despair when not sseeing fish in the net and the joy that comes when he tried a second time with Jesus encouraging words'' comes from the walking through the gate of what until found was a lost soul. The Lord won`t give Himself peace till the lost soul is being found. Doesn`t give up and is prepared to turn the world upside down knees on the floor and aching back and joints in order to find him/her.

How does the host respond when people reject his dinner invitation in order to pursue their possessions and relationships?

They say that earthly cares and businesses make it impossible to accept the invitation. The lord of the house gets angry and calls the blind lame poor maimed all the eartly impaired. Then as there are still rooms he orders the servant to compel as many others in as possible. Sounds like he cannot stand having his invitation refused. They seemed to be `forced in` ''get them from the hedges - hiding places? shunning away from God?'' and that those who were invited are in the end warned and kept out. They shall not dine at my table. Blessed are the ones who are poor in spirit the Beatitudes say. Looks like the really poor ones are mostly the rich ones. But those are kept out no second chance. Puzzling. But I undetrstand that as have free will so up to us to accept or refuse the hand of love that invites us. A hand that seems to be more energetic in dragging the poors in. To the others is more of an open vocal invitation. Actually on second thoughts compelling means enthicing - enthusiastic invitation. Very energeting pulling in physically I mean.
