They heard he had done great things
To be healed.
If they could just touch Him they could be healed.
To worship the son of God.
To have unclean spirits removed.

JESUS QUESTIONED ABOUT FASTING Jesus went without food for 40 days when he was tested about fasting. He replied to the devil, Man does not live on bread alone. When he was questioned about fasting from the jewish leaders, he did not deny that the christians like to celebrate and feast. However, he said one day, we will put on sackcloth and fast, not because we want to but because we have to. This may happen sooner than you think because economic experts say that families will go without food to afford their mortgages. I think this sucks. Jesus Christ said that he would give his children abundance. However, I believe that Jesus Christ will get all his disciples out of the current economic abyss. I believe that we are not to store up treasures on earth that theives can steal. We are to store up treasure in heaven that theives cannot steal. We will live in mansions. When God finally decides to say to the wicked, Enough, bad servants, you did not feed, clothe or shelter none of my brothers and sisters but you have stolen their houses, jobs, families and lifestyles. This is what you have denied me and so I do not know you. They will go to the lake of fire and torment for eternity. God says, Do not fear man but fear God because he can destroy both body and soul in hell.

THE FINAL STEP: JUST STEP ONTO GOD`S CLOUD 1Thessalonians 4:16-18
With a loud command and with the shout of the chief angel and a blast of God`s trumpet, the Lord will return from heaven. Then those who had faith in christ, before they died will be raised to life. Next, all of us who are still alive will be taken up into the clouds together with them to meet the lord in the sky. From that time on we will be with the Lord for ever. Encourage each other with these words.
