"Was Jesus trying to incite his death (eg. temple cleansing, accusation of leaders?)
CLEARLY JESUS WAS NOT TRYING TO INCITE HIS DEATH. BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY PROPHESISED IT WOULD NOT HAVE MATTERED IF HISORY WAS ALTERED. JESUS WAS GOING TO DIE FOR OUR SINS NO MATTER HOW MAN SLICES IT.

"Was Jesus trying to incite his death (eg. temple cleansing, accusation of leaders?)
Jesus fulfilled that of which was written prophetically about him. His walk and the dimensions of his ministry were predetermined by God. Jesus did nothing of his own, but only according to the will of the Father. Jesus is the true light that "shines in the darkness" (John 1:5-18). Surely the truth had to be revealed, so that others may see and know the truth, and be set free.

Jesus was not trying to incite His death. But because He came to rule the world with justice. Cleansing temple and accusation of leaders is not to incite His death but to remove all the injustices practiced by people during that time.He was doing the things for which He came down to the world.

"Which of these purposes do you believe Jesus accomplished?"

I believe that Jesus accomplished all that the Father told him to do, that even on the cross Jesus said that His purposes were "finished"(John 19:30). Today, I can testify to the many changed, freed, and empowered lives because of Jesus.

How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him?" a "New" commandment?
Obedience to Jesus links intimacy with Him because He Himself was obedient to His father,God.He had been teaching us to be obedient to God to know the will of God.Obedient to Jesus means to walk and to do the things according to the will of God.This is not a new commandment. This commandment followed since old Testament time.

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?
If I had one-in-one meal with Jesus I would ask foriveness from all my sins and ask Him to be with me in everything I do.I would ask Him what is His will upon me, which I have been asking from Him even now.
