Being humble and giving praise to others instead of yourself. By giving unto others in Love and Gifts and praising God for his wonderful blessings so you can be a blessing to others. Show the Love of God to all the world and be merciful for we are the children of God who loves us all who believe in his Son. Thank You! Lord Jesus

Give a practical example of how being "least" would be seen as great in Jesus` view
Being "least" will practically help the unbeliver to receive and allow Jesus to enter ino his/her heart and become the great man of God. For the believer, being least will involve sanctification by the Holy Spirit and become the great man of God with the annointing power which God gives. Like a Child, being least involves humbleness at the same time Jesus will make the "least"great because of their humility before Him. Jesus' view was to let the people know that it is only when we receive Jesus than we become great.

Give a practical example of how being least would be seen as great in Jesus` view
i can think of the example of jesus himself.jesus is God`s only son , he had all the power of his father in him, he was able to raise the dead.he could have claimed all the wealth on this world , but he chose to humble himself and serve mankind in every way we can think of.Yet we know that at the end of his mission he would be sitting to the right side of God.

Give a practical example of how being least would be seen as great in Jesus` view
One example of being a least is a person without god before, for he is leaving in sinful life and full of temptations around him, but at the near end of his life, he turned to god and begging for mercy, this example was one of the criminal guilty of rubbing and hanging also on the cross at the right side of the lord Jesus Christ.

Two issues: 1) Who is greatest 2) Who can participate in great works. How are they related?
These ones are related in the fact that the greatest should be involved in doing somethings that are not supposed to be done by the least.

Who Will Be the Greatest

There arose an argument among them about which of them was the greatest. Jesus, perceiving the reasoning of their hearts, took a little child, and set him by his side, and said to them, "Whoever receives this little child in my name receives me. Whoever receives me receives him who sent me. For whoever is least among you all, this one will be great."
John answered, "Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we forbade him, because he doesn't follow with us."
Jesus said to him, "Don't forbid him, for he who is not against us is for us."
