What is compassion, and do you possess it?

Compassion is feeling disturbed and worried about somone else's challenges and doing something to provide succur, or wishing you could help and feeling bad that you are unable to do so.

Yes I believe I possess it.

Why is the Resurrection of Jesus a source of hope for people, even today?
God our father sent His only beloved son to bring us salvation.  The wicked of the world killed him.  His resurrection confirmed Him as the child of God.  He reigns wit the father and is our intercessor with the father.

Why is religious hypocrisy so offensive to Jesus?
By their calling they were supposed to lead the people right. Rather they say one thing and do another. People would naturally do what they see being done - the wrong thing. Jesus is angry because His own mission is to put people on the right track to God the Father.

How is it that the Christ is descended from David, and yet David still calls Him Lord?
Christ was born by Mary who is a descendant of David so it is said he descended from David. But David knew that Christ was the son of God and only came through Mary in the form of man that He may interact freely with the people of  the world to bring about deliverance.

The Triumphal Entry
Jesus throughout his ministry preached humility. He told his disciples that he who must lead must consider himself a servant of the people. Despite his humility the people thronged out to receive him as king. Which was a sign of victory oer his persecutors.
