Jesus Feeds the Four Thousand
Jesus performed the miracle for the people that followed him for three days without food or water.  He used the 7 loaves of bread and a few small fish to feed the 4000 people that followed him.  Performing this miracle was his way of showing compassion for the people who followed him, which renewed them for them to continue their journey.

Leaders and laborer

This passage is saying that there are so few workers because there haven't been leaders for them.  Everyone is moving in there own direction, but none are moving to harvest the land. There is plenty of work to be done, however, if no one takes the lead then the crops will not get harvested and the land will go to waste.  More workers than leaders are needed to harvest the land.

Jesus tells us that those who believe in and Him and live in Him, He will live in them.  He says the followers that loves Him and keeps his commandments shows that they love Him.  All we have to do is trust in His word and obey him, he will always show us favor.  Nothing or no one can come between God's love for us, for it is unflailing and unconditional.  God is a forgiving God and continues to show us that love as long as we obey his commandments.

God Loves you and Values you
To be loved by God is to be assured in his covenant that he will protect you and keep you.  As long as you have his blessing on your life, you will forever be protected. His love for you is so unconditional, he was willing to sacrifice his only son to pay for our sins and the sins of our children. He values you so much that nothing will take the place of you in his Kingdom.
