Jesus teaches Nicodemus
Being born again is of the Spririt, the mind and the heart.  Of course, nothing of the flesh can be born again, but if you have been baptized and receive the blessing of the Holy Spirit, you are born again.  Jesus was went from the the heavens as proof that those that believe in him shall not perish, but have eternal life.  Eternal life in the Kingdom of God has been promised for those who are born again.

In the Catholic church, we baptize infants by water. Then teens receive the holy spirit. Both comprise being born anew. Is this taken from biblical times of first being cleansed in baptism and then receive the spirit of God?

Jesus Love
Jesus was saying that if we obey the commenments that we will recieve love from the father. That we are to love each other like God loves us. Jesus was saying that he laid down his life for a friend(US). That while we are here we should produce good fruit. and if we ask of the Father in Jesus name that he will answer our prayer and give us whatever we want.

Jesus was sent to save us
God sent his son to save us. To teach us his word. That if we obay his commandments that we shall live forever. And that one of the first steps to entering the kingdow is to be baptize. being born again. This means giving up te bad things that we use to do. Dying to ourself. And then we can move in the way that God would have us to go. But believe me dying is hard. Salvation is not free.

Born Again
The above mentioned words takes me back to my early biblical and spiritual ignorance just like Nicodemus. I wondered, how possible for a human being to be born again? When I accepted Jesus as the King I touched my flesh, glance in the mirrior to see any differences from the previous flesh. To be born again requires a heart that is open for Jesus to operate inside. You will get questions like, How does a born again christian differs from the other christian who isn't born again? The answer is simple, when you are born again you are not your previous self anymore. Your thoughts, actions and way of life changes completely only if you are really born again. When you are born you are not your old sel anymore. So the flesh will fight with your new self. For example; I was committing adultery at ease and I find excitement on it. I even competed with my friends on the number of cheeks I played a game with. But, when I was born again I became a new body that even my wife can trust. I became committed to one wife and respected my wife. I lived a born again life, which is a marvellous life to live. When you are born again you are a big challenge to the devil worshippers. So you will be tested in the same routes that Jesus experienced. Stand firm, because your crown requires you to stand firm and never look back.

Nicodemus
Nicodemus is a type of the "well-instructed and thoughtful Jew who looked for the consummation of national hope to follow in the line along which he had himself gone, as being a continuation and not a new beginning. The manner in which the Gospel narrative traces the overcoming of his natural timidity and reluctant faith is in itself a beautiful illustration of the working of the Spirit, of how belief in the Son of Man is in truth a new birth, and the entrance into eternal life.

Jesus Teaches Nicodemus

Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. The same came to him by night, and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do, unless God is with him."
Jesus answered him, "Most certainly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can't see the Kingdom of God."
Nicodemus said to him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb, and be born?"
Jesus answered, "Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he can't enter into the Kingdom of God! That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Don't marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born anew.' The wind blows where it wants to, and you hear its sound, but don't know where it comes from and where it is going. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit."
Nicodemus answered him, "How can these things be?"
Jesus answered him, "Are you the teacher of Israel, and don't understand these things? Most certainly I tell you, we speak that which we know, and testify of that which we have seen, and you don't receive our witness. If I told you earthly things and you don't believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? No one has ascended into heaven, but he who descended out of heaven, the Son of Man, who is in heaven. As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God didn't send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him. He who believes in him is not judged. He who doesn't believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God. This is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their works were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the light, and doesn't come to the light, lest his works would be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his works may be revealed, that they have been done in God."
