When you pray to God, it should be in secret between you and HIm.  Praying in secret will reveal your rewards in the open.  Thanking him for the daily blessings from the time you wake until you lay down at night.  Ask for God to put in your heart the spirit of forgiveness, deliver us from the temptations of the flesh, be it greed, lust, hate and discontent of your friends and neighbors.  If you don't forgive, then the Father will not forgive you.  How can we love God, someone we cannot see or touch, but we have the hardest time loving the man that are present in your lives everyday.  God says to love your neighbor and you shall love me too.

God said the end of the earth will be the end of existence as we know it.  Before that there will be strife in the land, man will turn against man and nations will be at war with each other.  If you stand fast and trust in the Lord you will not perish, but forever live in his Kingdom.  Wait and trust in the Lord and joy comes in the morning, meaning those he believe and trust in His word, He will be saved from the destruction. Many people claim to be fearless of that day, but because we are of the flesh we all have a level of fear. I'm am scared for the people and I am scared for myself. I know Jesus died for our sins, but because we are born into a life of sin, we still have some repenting to do.
