If Jesus came to show the world what God is like, what does this parable mean?

i think this parable means that God`s chosen ones should not be ignorance of what they know about the word of God and all that which God has given unto us, we should make use of all God given gifts without hidding anything because He himself has revealed all unto us. thank you

Can you explain the word picture Jesus uses (vs. 27) about how to rob the house of a strong man?

since a man protects his house, and for this reason a strong man...actually the picture i see here is that for someone to rob anothers house he must first deal with the owner and finish him then go on and rob whatever is in the house, so if the owner of the house is stronger than the robber, then no robbery will take place for defeat will be on the robber`s side. thank you
