What did Jesus mean when He said one can live even if he dies? Bonus question: Why did Jesus weep when He knew He would raise Lazarus? That is the eternal life Jesus was talking about. Any one who has faith and believe in Him has eternal life. Jesus wept because He had compassion for the people around Him at that moment, beside Jesus loved Lazarus and his Martha and Mary his sisters.
