How is Jesus` way fresh or new compared to old religious practice or tradition?

The old religious practice or tradition is the laws God gave to Moses plus the old tradition of their ancestors. Jesus came to fulfill the laws of love which includes all the old laws. When one has love he has no evil in his heart, and God is love. Amen.

Did Jesus judge others? Note: Jesus demonstrated emphathic listening to a broken hurting person, while still calling that person to certain behavior.

Jesus came down to help all of us. During his life on earth He pointed out to those, certain behavior that was not in accordance with the kingdom of God. He felt sympathetic to those who where doing the wrong thing but did not realize it, and tried to correct their behavior. He will judge all of us at the end of time.
