What was Mary feeling right before Jesus´ birth? Note: She is described here as an unwed pregnant woman, who was forced to travel away from her family, only to deliver her baby in a barn?

I think Mary must had a mixed feeling. She felt scare because she was unwed and pregnant and felt excited and happy because the Lord had chosen her to be the mother of the Son of God who was going to save mankind.

Define "Salvation" ? Note how Zachariah (the father of John the Baptist) praises God for fulfilling an old promise (oath/covenant) that "we...should serve him (God) without fear, In holiness and righteousness before him all the days of our life."

Salvation is a mean of saving us through Jesus the Son of God, sent by God the Father. All that believe in Jesus and walk in His way have salvation. Amen.
