I can only imagine that her trust and bond with God was strengthened immensely.

What was Mary feeling right before Jesus´ birth? Note: She is described here as an unwed pregnant woman, who was forced to travel away from her family, only to deliver her baby in a barn?

Mary must have been feeling very alienated, as back in those days to have no husband and give birth to a child was a big thing. However, Mary was very strong and trusting. As she stated in Gabriel's visit she allowed God His will, and she trusted that God would take care of her, and fully beleived in her role
