Define "Salvation" ? Note how Zachariah (the father of John the Baptist) praises God for fulfilling an old promise (oath/covenant) that "we...should serve him (God) without fear, In holiness and righteousness before him all the days of our life." We are all born with original sin. And because of this we are easily tempted to do more sin. Without God's help we are destined to fail. Salvation is God's plan to redeem our souls so that we can live eternally with God in His Kingdom.

Why is it significant that when Mary arrived with Jesus in her womb, the unborn John the Baptist leaped in the womb of his mother Elizabeth? I think it must be the greeting of the Holy Beings; the unborn John bowed to the Lord Jesus in both mothers' wombs.
