What was Jesus feeling and thinking while he was mocked and humiliated in front of others? Recall Jesus` own teachings (Matt 5:11), "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven."

Jesus was leading by example of His own words, "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evel agains you because of me". THis was Jesus' time of Glory and the beginning of when He would save all of us. Bless you Jesus. Love you.

When Peter realised he had denied knowing Jesus, why did he cry?

Peter cried when he realised he had denied knowing Jesus because he knew he was wrong and showed his repentance with tear. When Jesus asked him before, who He is and Peter answered Him "You are Christ." And now he disowned Him? That's sad!

The Roman governor, Pilate, found that Jesus had done nothing wrong. Yet, he authorized Jesus` crucifixion to please the crowd. Can you explain why people put popularity above doing what is right?

They are afraid to stand up for what is right and be shunned by society.
