What is Jesus trying to teach with this parable? Hint: The vineyard (where grapes are grown) is Israel; The farmer is God; the servants are the prophets who were sent by God; the son is Jesus; and the tenants are religious leaders of the Jews.
What Jesus is saying is that the Father God sends His servants to spread the good news of the kingdom to the God choosen people, but these people don't listen and beat them up even kill them. So finally God sent His only beloved Son and still they don't believe Him and killed Him. Then the good news of the kingdom go to the Gentiles.

The common people are praising Jesus, expecting him to become Israel`s next king. Jesus knew they would turn against him a few days later when he disappointed their expectation. Do you have expections of Jesus which he did not promise?

When I first accepted Jesus as my Saviour, I thought that that acceptance would change my life instantly - healing me of the depression, hopelessness and suicidal tendencies that were distroying me.  It took me a long time to realize that there is no magic wand and, although Jesus promised to make me whole, He didn't give me a timeline.

I am a much different person than I used to be.  I am a much more complete person.  My past experiences and hardships are tools that He uses now.  I thought that He'd instantly take them away.  He taught me that He can use even the ugliness and evil things to save His people.

What did the blind man acknowledge about Jesus by calling him the "Son of David."? Note: David was a great king of Israel. The "Messiah" was predicted to be a direct descendent of David, as Jesus was.
The blind man acknowledged Jesus as the Son of David and, as a result, likened Jesus to greatness by linking Him to David and showed his belief in Jesus as the Messiah.  This faith cured him of his blindness and, more importantly, made him a follower of Jesus.
