Jesus defines a great person as one who serves others. What did Jesus mean when he said he "did not come to be served, but to serve and give his life as a ransom for many."? Jesus meant that He came on earth for our sakes. To perform miracles, preach the Good News, change our ways and most importantly to sacrifice Himself as an offering to take away all of the sins ever made and would be made so that we can have eternel life.

Jesus defines a great person as one who serves others. What did Jesus mean when he said he "did not come to be served, but to serve and give his life as a ransom for many."? Jesus meant that He would carry all the burdens of the earthly ones and be hung on the tree and His blood that shed will cleanse all that believe in Him that He was dead and was raised on the third day after His burial.
