Why did Jesus call the Pharisees blind? What were they unable to see? They were blind because they were by applying the law to the "tee" they were not seeing the "spirit" of the law and thus by that negligence they were unable to be true to God and themselves.

Why did Peter begin to sink when he became afraid? When is it wrong to be afraid? He began to sink when he became afraid because his fear was distracting him from having faith in Jesus. It is wrong to be afraid when we know that God will see us through rough times.
