3961 entries for this category: They are just people and like all other people have weakness. I beleive there was a purpose in this and a message - from weakness can come greatness. Why did God choose such a unique way (through a virgin birth) to bring Jesus into the world? To show that through Him anything can be done - a child born from a virgin. In addition Mary was the mother of God, so the Father was the Holy Spirit.

Why did Jesus choose Matthew, a known taxgatherer and a despised man, to be His disciple? Like He said to the Pharisees that He came to get the sinners to repent not the righteous and Matthew was one of the sinners.
