Reading from Scott Dudley's and John Ortberg's answers on the Kingdom of God, I have come to understand that it is anywhere where God's will and presence is.  It could be at home when there is reconciliation between family members, or restoration of a relationship/trust that had been broken.  It is where God's will, as revealed in the bible, is being done - where the fruit of the Spirit is, where there is light instead of darkness.

 The Kingdom of God is within us, our families, our world, when we, with the help of the Holy Spirit, produce fruits of the Holy Spirit, like patience, love, peace, joy, self control
