3961 entries for this category: Sometimes actions speak louder then words.They had turn the house of God into a market place were they were charging outrageouse prices for the doves and animals being used for sacrifice.They were cheating the people who had come to offer animals for sacrifices for there sins.This angered Jesus who turned over the tables and drove the venders out of His Fathers house.His Fathers House was to be a House of prayer. That by having faith, anything is possible. What lesson do you think Jesus taught the disciples by cursing the fig tree? The lesson is that like the christians church-going but no action like spreading the good news of the kingdom of God then is dead, no fruits just like the fig tree that Jesus cursed.
