Why did Jesus choose to make His entry to Jerusalem in a humble manner, riding a donkey? Jesus himself was a humble character, he came to serve and not to be served. Furthermore, the way Jesus entered Jerusalem fufilled the prophecy.

In what ways did Jesus serve when He was on earth? In what ways is He still serving now? He served by performing miracles, forgiving, and preaching the ways of God. Most importantly He also served by giving up his life for our salvation. He is still serving now by listening to our prayers and through the church
