Because the little children are innocent and very accepting and trusting Why did Jesus tell the rich man to sell all his possessions before coming to follow Him? Jesus new what was in the rich mans heart.Riches were first in his life and he did not know that until Jesus asked him to give it up. The rich man thaught that he was perfect and lacking nothing.Jesus must be first in our lives that is why it is hard for a rich man to get into Heaven.

Why didn`t the disciples want little children to come to Jesus? Why did Jesus allow the little children to come? They didn't understand the importents of little children.Little children need to be treated with repect and grown ups need to listen to what they have to say.Jesus was teaching the disciples a lesson that children are very importent to him.Children have the right to hear the truth and teachings of Jesus.
