Why didn`t the disciples want little children to come to Jesus? Why did Jesus allow the little children to come?

For the little children some times are nescience to the adults thus the disciples didn't want them to come to Jesus. Jesus allowed ( and still allows) the little children to come to Him because they rely on the parents which is the Trinity and wanted His blessings.

Why did Jesus´ penalty for "sin" need to include physical and emotional pain - why not just spiritual separation from God?

He came here as a man so that we would have a mediator who understood all of our life experances, which includes death. The physical death was the physical manifistation of dying for all our sins. We experience physical and emoitional pain when we sin so Jesus had to suffer that in the physical world to complete what God the Father set out to do, to bring us closer to him.
