What changes should there have been in cities like Chorazin and Bethsaida as a result of the mighty works performed by Jesus? They should have repented which would have shown that they were truly sorry for their sins.

When answering John`s question about whether He was the Christ, why did Jesus point out the results of his ministry rather than just saying yes or no? Because John prophesized about Jesus and His works. Jesus new what John was prophesizing about Him and thus responded to John with the actions he was performing that were consistent with John's prophecy. Thus there would be no doubt in John's mind that Jesus was the Christ
