What made the woman`s faith so powerful? How does one obtain faith like the woman?

The women was desperate and after 12 yrs of sickness she was ready for her healing.She acted on her faith by pushing her way throught the crowd and touching the hem of Jesus garment.This was an act of faith because she was a unclean women according to the Jews and Jesus was a Jew.She was also a women and it took great boldness to do what she did.She acted on her faith and Jesus knowing all things healed her.

How closed minded the Jews where.

In their anger at being subjegated the Jews seem to have held on to traditions more then God. I guess they figured there religious traditions and stories of past glories were all they had left to them. Of course they where going to do the exact opposite to what the Romans would do. Jesus came to open the door to The Father, to relise everyone from the human prison that the Jews seemed to have backed themselves into. He held his hand out to Man,Woman, Jew,Gentile, they were all his Father's Children. Culture and traditions were making them slaves. Greed seem to rule didn't matter if you were a Jew or a Roman. I thank the Father for sending his son to save us from ourselves.

How is Jesus` teaching like fresh wine requiring fresh wineskins?

Jesus teachings is different than the old testatment. THe old testament is followed by the Pharisees (old wine) who use the rituals and practices of the old testament (old wineskins). In Jesus teachings, He requires Mercy rather than sacrifice - this is being taught to the sinners and uncoverted (Fresh wine).
