Why are Jesus` followers called "children of light"? Because Jesus is the light.When we know the truth and hear the gospel of salvation and we accept Jesus as our Lord and savior then we are saved. That is when we become children of light.

Why are Jesus` followers called "children of light"? They are called "children of light" because now they walk in the light with Jesus as their Savior they are not walking in dark anymore becaue they are walking in Jesus light and can see where they are going. They are servents to the Lord and the Lord will bless them because they choose to walk in the life with Jesus.
