Why did Jesus delay for two days before going to see Lazarus? Jesus delayed for two days before going to see Lazarus because He wanted people to see that Lazarus was really dead and He could raise him from the death to show people the glory of God the Father.

Why did Jesus delay for two days before going to see Lazarus? He wanted to wait a few days so that He could get Lazarus up on the third day, it is almost like what was going to happen to Him. He also wanted to perform a miracle so people will believe that He is the Messiah!
